Why is it puzzling?

Because I don't see the issue as one side is right and the other side is wrong? Because I can recognize that the issue is exceptionally complex and the one incident doesn't 'prove' anything, and that people of good faith can analyze this issue and come to different conclusions?

My response to the original post was to point out that black men and the police have a very, very complex relationship.
